I copied the values over into a Google Drive spreadsheet, did some calculations and came to the following conclusion:
Which means that since I need to cut that number of 850 euros into way less, or at least by half (because you never know when your sewing machine will need acute service), I need to lessen my "quilting budget" to use a maximum of ~40 euros per month (12 x 40 = 480).
What a plan to have to make, but we'll see how well it will go during 2019. Batting, spray-glue and thread remains the things I most often will need, so if I don't buy that much fabric and just use up my stash, I might come a long way towards meeting that goal.
