Finished project - my first hoop quilt (the Last Kingfisher flower)
Mini-quilt details Name, Recipient, Size, Start/Finished date, Pattern and Fabrics used "the Last Kingfisher flower" me, for wall decoration. 22 cm circle hoop. started 9.11.2018, finished the same day. my own About the fabrics used in the top: last hexie flower I made for the Autumn Kingfisher quilt taupe cat fabric bought as a FQ back in October 2017 at Syfestivalen Batting, backing and binding fabric: Single layer of thinnest (40 g) polyester batting from Kruunun Kangas. Backing was a piece of thin white muslin that I bought second hand in March 2018 . No binding used. Quilting pattern: Really basic running stitch around the edge inside the hoop. Top thread: For appliqueing of the hexie flower to the top: Gutermann Mara 120, 100% polyester, color 800 (white).
